All persons staying / using the facilities must observe the following conditions to maintain the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of this quiet site.
Pets are welcomed but are not allowed in any site buildings and must be kept on a lead. No fouling on site and accidents to be cleaned up immediately, dog waste bins available. Designated dog walk areas available - ask at reception.
Driving the speed limit is 5mph, uninsured, banned and learner drivers are not allowed to drive on these premises.
Waste and rubbish wipes, nappies, sanitary products etc., must not be flushed down the toilets. Please wrap and place in the bins provided. Elsan point to be used for chemical toilet waste, grey water in hedgerow. Use waste bins provided for their identified purpose. We do not remove unwanted camping equipment. Please do not drop litter.
Visitors and security all visitors/guests of, are asked to report to reception on arrival. Pitch fees are payable on day of arrival.
Children under 8 years old must be accompanied when using the washroom/utility facilities. Be aware of where your children are and what they are doing, farms are dangerous places.
Ball games please ask at reception for designated areas, please consider others.
Noise - please consider others and keep noise from television, music, animals, children etc., to a minimum. Quite time 11pm onwards.
Groundsheets depending on ground conditions, length of stay, you may be asked to lift your groundsheet to preserve the grass. Breathable groundsheets are expected to be used.
Barbecues/fire pits please take care not to burn grass, blocks are available by the waste bins to be used and replaced to protect the ground.
Smoking - NO smoking in site buildings.
Hook ups all pitches have electric hookups which are 10 amp rated.
The owners of the site are absolved of all liability for accidents to caravans, tents, motorhomes, guests and from responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. The owners reserve the right to ask any persons not observing these conditions, or creating a nuisance to leave the site.
